Cancellation Policy

🌿 Booking Policy Thank you for choosing to work with me. To ensure a respectful, supportive experience for both of us, please take a moment to review the booking policy below. 📅 Booking Your Session All sessions are booked in advance via my online scheduler or by direct arrangement. You’ll receive a confirmation email with details and a Zoom link after booking. Advance booking is recommended to ensure availability, especially for ongoing or block sessions. ❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling I ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full or, if part of a block booking, counted as used. This is to honour both our time and the depth of the work we do together. 🕊️ Late Arrivals If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other bookings. If more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be considered missed. 🎧 Session Format All sessions are held online via Zoom unless otherwise agreed. You’re welcome to request a recording for natal, synastry, or deep dive astrology sessions. Astro-counselling sessions are not recorded to preserve the therapeutic nature of the space. ⏳ Block Booking Policy Block bookings of 6 sessions are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Block bookings of 10 sessions are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase. Sessions are non-transferable and may only be used for: Astro-Counselling Astrology Deep Dive Birth Time Rectification 💫 Thank You I deeply value the trust you place in this work.
